Drinkswitpapiii is a premium mobile bartending service based in New Jersey, founded by Elijah Diehl. We bring the bar to you — transforming every event into an unforgettable experience with handcrafted cocktails, professional service, and an atmosphere that speaks to luxury.
From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, we curate every detail — from the garnish on your glass to the ambiance around your guests. Because every event deserves a bartender who treats mixology as an art form.
Meet the man behind the bar
I'm Elijah — better known as Papiii. What started as a passion for craft cocktails and good energy turned into a full-blown mobile bartending experience that's been lighting up New Jersey events ever since.
Every event I take on gets my full attention — from custom cocktail menus tailored to your vibe, to a bar setup that becomes the centerpiece of the room. I don't just pour drinks. I create moments.
Whether it's an intimate gathering of 30 or a grand affair of 120+, my goal is always the same: make sure every single guest leaves with a smile on their face and a story to tell.

Your questions
Drinkswitpapiii is a dry-hire service, so alcohol is supplied by the client. I can help guide your shopping list based on the package, guest count, and signature cocktails selected.
We serve the Tri-State areas. Events within a 30-mile radius of Plainfield, NJ are included at no extra cost. Beyond that, a travel fee of $2.50 per mile applies. Reach out during booking and we'll calculate the exact travel cost for your venue.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends and peak seasons (summer, holidays). Last-minute bookings may be available - contact us to check availability.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept payment via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Cashiers Checks.
Yes. Signature cocktail names, flavors, garnish direction, and presentation can be customized around your event vibe.
We understand life happens. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit. Reschedules are accommodated based on availability.
Yes. Packages include the bar tools and basic setup needed for service. Larger setups, displays, and specialty styling can be discussed in the inquiry.
